The property will be offered in 3 tracts, combination of tracts, and as a total 47± acre unit. $5,000 down payment on each tract is required on the day of the auction. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING. The final bid is subject to Seller’s acceptance or rejection. Sold “AS IS”. Closing will take place 45-60 days after auction date. Possession at closing.  Buyer(s) will assume the real estate taxes for the calendar year 2019.
