The Auction Marketing Process

For each auction, Kevin Wendt, CAI, creates a dynamic marketing campaign that focuses total market demand on the property for typically a four week period. The advertising blitz provides quality exposure that singles out the property and iifts it above the competition of similar properties on the market.

An effective marketing program prior to the auction creates excitement and a sense of urgency to buy. It is our objective to stimulate all possible buyers and then allow the marketplace to determine value on auction day.
