many real estate auction companies who only advertise
in a local paper and hope for the best, a Kevin Wendt,
CAI, advertising campaign guarantees extensive market
coverage. Our campaigns utilize both print and broadcast
mediums and cover a wide market area. We place advertisements
in both local and regional newspapers and magazines.
When appropriate, we coordinate and run advertisements
in such national publications as USA Today
and The Wall Street Journal.
Depending on the type of property, a series of audio/visual/CD
ROM/or television advertisements may be produced for
presentation to the buyer market.
In
the weeks leading up to the auction, the property will
be identified by a series of large auction signs which
provide information and attract attention. These billboards
are displayed around the property and along major roads,
highways and interstates near the property. The boundaries
of the property and each composite tract are marked,
while each tract is distinguished with an additional
sign for identification by potential buyers.
Another
part of our marketing strategy is to take advantage
of media publicity in the area. News releases are promoted
through the proper media to enhance the image of the
property and to penetrate public awareness via positive
“no cost” publicity.
We
also can coordinate online bidding via the internet
during the auction to pre-approved buyers. This broadens
the buyer base.
